This section of the manual is relevant only to users of Mclowd Pro Version and Mclowd Premium Version
When filtering data displayed on the Centralised Transactions Screen drop-down selection lists are available for selecting:
oFinancial Year
oMember Account
oAccount
oDate
MclowdTM recalls recent entries in the Date fields and displays them for selection.
Click on any date in the list to display a popup calendar.
oJournal ID
In the Journal ID and Description Fields, recent entries are displayed for selection.
Type any combination of characters to choose from recent entries containing those characters. (Click here to view the abbreviations used to identify journal entries)
oDescription
In the Description field, recent entries are displayed for selection, or you can type any description or part thereof.
