To verify an Asset Sale, select Sale Proceeds from the Other section of the Category selection list.
Mclowd displays the Asset Disposal form almost completely filled. All you need to do is select the Account and the Asset.
Mclowd will then add the Dispose of Equity Asset fields to the form.
Mclowd displays details of the proceeds, gain/loss, remaining units, and capital gain.
If you selected Manual as the Disposal method, Mclowd™ will present a form for you to enter Units Sold. If you had multiple parcels, this form will allow you to select which parcels units were sold from.
When the form is complete, click DISPOSE OF ASSET to complete the allocation.
