Available only to users of Mclowd Pro Version and Mclowd Premium Version, the Reports Pack is a more recent innovation that allows Mclowd™ users to create a customised collection of reports and accompanying template documents and download, save and optionally print the entire collection in a single action.
This is a fabulous convenience for Fund Trustees wanting to avoid the costs of professional services while still fully satisfying legal requirements and auditor demands.
The Reports Pack is accessible via the Reports tab.

The last category of Template Documents is titled 'Reports Pack', but provides only a Compilation Report such as typically used by Practitioners supplying packages of reports to their clients. To create a package of Reports for your Fund, you must access the Reports Pack via the Reports Menu.
When you select the Reports Tab and scroll to the bottom of the screen, you will notice an abbreviated list of Template Documents and options to CREATE A REPORT PACK and EDIT/RUN A REPORT PACK, along with a Financial Year selection field.

You can create multiple report packs for different uses. For example, you may wish to create a report pack for the Fund auditor, another for Fund Files (possibly with additional detailed documents), and a reduced collection for Fund members.
To create a pack, simply
•Select the financial year for which you wish to report.

•Check the boxes next to the reports and documents you wish to include, then click CREATE REPORT PACK.

Mclowd™ will ask you to give the pack a name.

Once the pack has been created, it will be saved and can be run whenever these reports are needed.
You can also EDIT the pack at any time to change its contents.
