oMake sure you are logged in to your Mclowd™ account
oClick the HELP tab on the main tab menu.

Mclowd™ displays this HELP menu:

Click the Support Request link.
Mclowd™ displays an email form.

Submitting the form will raise a support ticket. You should receive an email confirming the request was received.
Mclowd™ support staff will respond as quickly as possible.
