Mclowd™'s Manage Collaborators feature provides the facility to give other selected persons access to your Mclowd™ Account.
This feature is useful for trustees who wish to grant access to their accountant auditor and/or financial adviser, or to back office staff who may assist with recording transactions. You can also grant access to other Trustee members of your Fund.
The Manage Collaborators option can be found on the Settings Menu.

Click Add a collaborator to name a party you wish to allow to access your a client account.

Mclowd™ displays the Add a Collaborator form.

When you check the Select Funds check box, Mclowd™ inserts a check box in the Read Only column to allow you to specify that this Collaborator cannot add or alter data but can only view.

If you choose not to check the Read Only check box, the collaborator will be able to enter transactions and make changes to existing data.
Click SAVE DETAILS.
Mclowd™ displays a message advising that the collaborator was successfully added.

You can add multiple collaborators. Edit and Deactivate links allow you to change email addresses or access permissions or to terminate access.
An Edit Fund Access link lets you change access for an existing user to whom you have granted access.
