For Mclowd Pro Version and Mclowd Premium Version users only, Mclowd™ offers a choice of Template Documents for preparing commonly needed documents such as Cash Flow Forecasts, Investment Strategy, Member Declarations, Trustee Meeting Minutes, etc.
The range of document templates continues to expand in response to user requests. Please feel free to pass on your requests for additions to this collection.
To access Template Documents, go to the Settings menu. Template Documents appears near the bottom of the menu, above Mclowd™ Account.
Mclowd Free Forever Version users who click this option will be presented with information about Mclowd Pro Version and Mclowd Premium Version and invited to upgrade.
When you select Template Documents, Mclowd™ displays a list of folders to choose from:
In each category, the contents are listed with a View link in either the Word Doc or PDF column, depending in which format the template is supplied.
Click on the category to open it, then on the View link to the right of the document you wish to access.
Depending on your operating system, web browser and system configuration, you may be presented with a dialogue to enable opening or saving the document.
MS Word™ documents are templates that can be saved to a templates folder and re-used whenever required by selecting New from the MS Word™ File menu and then locating and selecting the template. MS Word™ will make a copy of the template as a standard document and preserve the unaltered document for re-use in the future. Alternately, you can edit the document directly by clicking Enable Editing in the title bar.
