Mclowd's Accounting feature provides a quick and easy way to verify account totals and to inspect details of transactions in various accounts.
You can also access a list of GENERAL JOURNALS and enter new Journals, or view a JOURNAL ENTRIES REPORT from this screen.

(The screens accessed via these buttons are identical to those accessed through the Journal Entries option on the Settings Menu.)
Access Accounting from the Settings Menu.
Mclowd™displays:
All of your General Ledger accounts will be displayed, logically categorised, with current balances shown for each.
Click on the underlined Account Number in the left hand column to view a detailed list of transactions.
For example, click 1-1000. For our sample fund, Mclowd™displays:

To view Member account balances, select a Member in the Member Account/Selection field at top right.
Scroll down to view balances relevant to the selected Member:
